Optical element-Reflected mirror

The Reflected mirror is used for beam turning, interferometry, imaging, or illumination. Using polished glass or metal as the substrate, the light beam irradiates the surface to form a specular reflection. In order to obtain as much reflected light as possible, a reflective film is often coated on the substrate, including metal film and dielectric film. Commonly used materials for metal films are aluminum, silver, and gold. Aluminum has a high reflectivity from ultraviolet to infrared. At the same time, a layer of aluminum oxide can be formed on the surface of aluminum, so the film is firm and stable. The silver film has high reflectivity in the visible and infrared regions, and the polarization effect introduced when the incident angle is changed is also minimal. The gold film has a high reflectivity in the infrared region, and its strength and stability are better than silver film, so it is often used for infrared reflection. The metal film is soft and easily scratched and damaged, so a protective film is often added to the metal film. The metal film mirror is not sensitive to the incident angle, and only needs to satisfy the geometric reflection conditions, and at the same time, it can be used in a relatively wide wavelength range. Generally speaking, metal film mirrors have been able to meet the needs of optical instruments. If higher reflectivity is required, multilayer dielectric reflective film and dielectric reflective film can be used to achieve maximum reflectivity and minimum absorption loss. The incident angle and wavelength will affect the reflection efficiency of the dielectric film. Generally, the incident angle: 0° or 45° and a specific working wavelength range will be marked.

Type of Reflected mirror:

K9 standard precision plane Reflected mirror

Planar mirrors. The reflective surface is a flat surface. It is a mirror that can be used in a variety of applications, including beam turning, interferometry, or as an optical component in imaging systems. The important parameters of plane mirrors are surface shape and reflectivity. High surface accuracy can reduce the amount of light loss due to dispersion. Huasen Optoelectronics provides uncoated and reflective mirrors. The reflective film options include ordinary protective aluminum film, a protective ultraviolet reflective aluminum film, a protective silver film, and a protective gold film. Fused silica substrate is suitable for UV applications.

K9 Plano-Concave Spherical Reflected mirror

Plano-concave spherical Reflected mirror, the reflecting surface is a part of the spherical surface, the parallel incident light can be converted to a point by the spherical reflection, with a positive focal length. The focal length of a plano-concave spherical mirror is half of the radius of curvature of the spherical surface. Huasen Optoelectronics provides spherical mirrors without coating and reflective coating. The reflective film options include ordinary protective aluminum film, a protective ultraviolet reflective aluminum film, protective silver film, protective gold film, or dielectric high-reflection film.

K9 Plano-Concave Cylindrical Reflected mirror

Plano-concave cylindrical Reflected mirror, the reflecting surface is a cylindrical surface, the parallel incident light can be converted to a line by the cylindrical reflection, with a positive focal length. The focal length of the plano-concave cylindrical mirror is half of the radius of curvature of the cylindrical surface. Suitable for light focusing applications. Huasen Optoelectronics provides non-coated or reflective cylindrical mirrors. Reflective film options include ordinary protective aluminum film, a protective ultraviolet reflective aluminum film, a protective silver film, and a protective gold film.

K9 elliptical Reflected mirror

The reflecting surface of the elliptical mirror is a flat surface with an elliptical shape, and the light-transmitting shape is circular when placed in the optical path at an angle of 46°. Huasen Optoelectronics provides elliptical mirrors without coating and reflective coating. The reflective film options include ordinary protective aluminum film, protective silver film, protective gold film, and dielectric high-reflection film. Fused silica is suitable for UV applications.

K9 Right Angle Reflected mirror

The base of the right-angle Reflected mirror is an isosceles right-angled triangular prism, and the reflecting surface is the outer surface of an inclined plane. The right-angle Reflected mirror is easy to place so that the reflecting surface is perpendicular or 45° to the working plane. Right-angle mirrors are usually used to deflect light by 91° and to bend the image path. They can also be used to offset light beams or composite images. Huasen Optoelectronics offers elliptical mirrors coated with a variety of reflective films. The reflective film options include ordinary protective aluminum film, an ultraviolet protective aluminum film, protective silver film, protective gold film, and dielectric high-reflection film.

High-quality heat Reflected mirror

The light source or light signal often contains visible light and infrared light. The cold/hot mirror can separate the visible light from the infrared light and only collect the visible light, alleviating the system heating caused by infrared radiation. The cold and hot mirrors provided by Huasen Optoelectronics are made of high-quality heat-resistant borosilicate glass materials. The surface is plated with high-quality multilayer dielectric film. The spectral characteristics of the thermal mirror show that it has a high transmittance for the visible light waveband and a high reflectance for the near-infrared light waveband. The spectral characteristics of the cold Reflected mirror show that it has high reflectivity for the visible light waveband and high transmittance for the near-infrared light waveband. The use of heat mirrors can reduce heat and have the lowest impact on overall system performance.

Aluminum-plated off-axis parabolic Reflected mirror

The rays parallel to the central axis of the paraboloid are reflected by the paraboloid and converge at the focal point. Off-axis parabolic mirror, the reflecting surface is a part of the parabolic surface, the focus is outside the optical axis. Huasen Optoelectronics has launched a variety of standard off-axis parabolic mirrors coated with a gold film, silver film, an aluminum film with an off-axis angle of 90°. According to different coatings, it has good optics in the visible, near-infrared, and infrared bands. Performance, the surface roughness of these off-axis parabolic mirrors are 50Å and 101Å respectively so that they can effectively reduce light scattering in applications. They are widely used in reflective optical systems, laser focusing systems, terahertz, and other products or related products fields.
